Tony Oliva
The Fort Myers Miracle, Minnesota Twins' Florida State League affiliate, a team that plays over 2 hours away from me, had a promotion tonight called Latino Heritage Night with special guest, Tony Oliva. Any guesses where I spent my evening tonight?
My brother and I made the trip south to Hammond Stadium, for our first ever visit.
Once inside, Tony Oliva was all set up at a table already signing autographs and taking pictures with fans. The line was about 20 people deep when we got there. Not bad at all.

Those look Hall of Fame worthy to me, yet he hasn't been enshrined in Cooperstown.
Mr. Oliva was kind to everyone, very friendly and signing anything placed in front of him (2 item limit).
It was well worth the drive.
